Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20.01.2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BYHR (“BYHR”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit or make a purchase from [your domain] (the “Site”), or contact us.

1) Data controller

Controller: Hristina Micevska
Address: Vienna AT-1220, Austria
Email: office@fleurdemode.com

If you have any questions about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at office@fleurdemode.com

2) What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with BYHR, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Order information (items purchased, order history, returns)
  • Billing & shipping information (address details)
  • Payment information (payment status and transaction details — card details are handled by payment providers, not stored by BYHR)
  • Customer support information (messages, attachments you send us)
  • Device & usage data (IP address, device identifiers, browser information, pages viewed; collected via cookies and similar technologies)

3) Why we use your data (legal bases)

We process personal data only when we have a legal basis under GDPR, including:

  • To fulfill your order (processing payment, shipping, confirmations) — performance of a contract
  • To provide customer support — contract / legitimate interests
  • To improve and secure our Site (fraud prevention, troubleshooting) — legitimate interests
  • To meet legal obligations (tax/accounting requirements) — legal obligation
  • To send marketing (newsletter, launches, offers) — consent where required; you can opt out anytime

Shopify provides tools that can support GDPR compliance, but it remains the merchant’s responsibility to configure and operate the store in a compliant way.

4) Cookies & analytics (Google Analytics)

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and (where you consent) to understand how visitors use it and to improve performance. We use Google Analytics to help us analyze Site usage.

Where required by law, analytics and marketing cookies are only used after you provide consent, and you can change your preferences at any time via our cookie settings. The ePrivacy framework is the basis for consent rules for non-essential cookies in the EU.

5) Sharing your data

We share personal data only as needed to run our store and deliver your order, for example with:

  • Shopify (our e-commerce platform)
  • Payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna — depending on what you choose at checkout)
  • Shipping carriers (to deliver your order)
  • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics, subject to consent settings where required)
  • Service providers supporting customer communication and email delivery

6) International data transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legal transfer mechanisms.

7) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Order- and accounting-related records are generally retained to meet legal obligations (in Austria, commonly 7 years for accounting documents and invoices, with certain exceptions).

8) Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent).

To exercise your rights, email info@byhrbeauty.com.

9) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

10) Complaints (Austria)

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority:

Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, Austria, dsb@dsb.gv.at, +43 1 52 152-0.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

12) Payments

When you pay for an order, your payment is processed securely by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments and/or other providers you select at checkout such as PayPal or Klarna, if available). We do not store full payment card details. Payment providers receive the information needed to process the transaction and help prevent fraud (such as your name, billing address, order total, and payment status). We process this information to complete your purchase (performance of a contract) and to protect our store against fraud (legitimate interests).
