BYHR orders ship from Austria (EU) and are sent with a tracked shipping service.
Once your order is submitted, it moves quickly into fulfillment. For that reason we can’t edit, cancel, or adjust orders after checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, as we can’t take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect details.
Address guidelines
- We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a residential address.
- We’re unable to support parcel re-routing or collection requests.
- Deliveries to short-term locations (hotels, warehouses, offices,.. ) are placed at the customer’s risk and are not eligible for refunds if the parcel can’t be recovered.
Processing & shipping days
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before leaving our warehouse.
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend orders are handled the next business day.
High-volume periods: During launches, promotions, or holidays, fulfillment and shipping may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
In transit responsibility
After handover to the courier, delivery is managed by the carrier. BYHR can’t be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the courier.
If you can’t locate your parcel, please:
1. check around your delivery location (neighbors/reception/safe place), and
2. open a case directly with the courier.

Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us via the contact form HERE within 5 business days and include photos of:
- the shipping carton,
- the items received, and
- any product packaging.
